Sebaceous adenomas are rare adnexal tumors with a wide spectrum of presentation, often difficult to diagnose because it is only based on clinical data. The sebaceous adenoma is a benign neoplasia, with sebaceous differentiation, which may occur isolated or as part of Muir–Torre syndrome
