dc.description.abstractO presente artigo problematiza a importância do itinerário terapêutico de crianças e adolescentes em tratamento oncológico no Instituto Nacional de Câncer (INCA). Trata se de pesquisa qualitativa, sendo realizada revisão bibliográfica em torno do conceito de itinerário terapêutico, dentro da perspectiva da assistência integral à Saúde, considerando a sua apropriação pelo Serviço Social. Foram realizadas também entrevistas com responsáveis de pacientes no período de outubro de 2017 a janeiro de 2018, durante a internação, através de roteiro semiestruturado. A despeito da relevância da temática, identificamos, contudo, a ausência de produções no Serviço Social. Sinalizamos a preocupação com a trajetória das famílias, na perspectiva do direito à saúde e da necessidade de intersetorialidade entre as políticas públicas no que tange à educação em saúde.
dc.description.abstractenThe present article problematizes the importance of the therapeutic itinerary of children and adolescents in cancer treatment, not the National Cancer Institute (INCA). It is a qualitative research, being carried out a bibliographical review around the concept of therapeutic itinerary, within the perspective of the integral assistance to the Health, considering its appropriation by the Social Service. Interviews were also conducted with clients from October 2017 to January 2018, during hospitalization, through a semi structured script. A spite of the relevance of the thematic, identifiers, however, absence of productions not Social Work. It indicates a concern with a trajectory of the families in the perspective of the right to health and the need for intersectorality between public policies, not with regard to health education.
