Abstract: Objectives: to subsidize relevant information on the nursing care to the client holder of Pompe disease in the infantile form, identify the possible diagnoses and nursing interventions for this disease, examine the role of nursing care provided to the customer carrier's Disease in infantile Pompe. Methodology: bibliographic research was a descriptive and exploratory qualitative approach. Data collection was performed using data obtained from the query to books in libraries and online research sites on the DDL. Based on this existing literature, data were analyzed for highlighting the possible diagnoses and nursing interventions based on theoretical models of CARPENITO; NANDA; SPARK, TAYLOR, DYER; e WALEY & WONG. Results: there were 11 possible diagnoses and various nursing interventions. Conclusion: the nursing process, through diagnosis and nursing interventions can help to visualize the physiological and psychological problems that the nurse can legally diagnose and deal independently with their clients and that this process facilitates assistance in order to meet the unique needs of each.
