dc.description.abstractPaliativo é o termo utilizado para o cuidado multidisciplinar quando a doença ameaça a vida. Classifica-se quando o tratamento curativo não é mais possível. Neste cenário o paciente e familiares se deparam com notícias difíceis, modificando a perspectiva de futuro. Artigo com objetivo de apresentar revisão integrativa sobre a Comunicação de Notícias Difíceis (CND) nos Cuidados Paliativos Oncológicos (CPO). Realizou-se revisão de literatura através da estratégia PICO. Os textos selecionados foram submetidos à análise temática, emergindo três categorias: experiências com protocolos para comunicação de notícias difíceis; habilidade em comunicação de más notícias durante a formação; e importância das equipes e experiências ligadas à qualificação de trabalhadores. Observou-se relato e avaliação positiva de protocolos de CND. Os estudos reforçam a necessidade de investimento na formação de profissional. A análise indica a necessidade de pesquisas envolvendo a interprofissionalidade.-

dc.description.abstractenPalliative care is the term used for multidisciplinary care when the disease threatens life. It is classified when curative treatment is no longer possible. In this scenario the patient and family face difficult news, changing the perspective of the future. The article aims to present an integrative review on the Difficult News Communication (DNC) in Oncologic Palliative Care (OPC). A literature review was carried out through the PICO strategy. The selected texts were submitted to thematic analysis, emerging three categories: experiences with protocols for communication of difficult news; ability to communicate bad news during training; and the importance of teams and experiences related to the qualification of workers. There was a report and positive evaluation of DCN protocols. The studies reinforce the need for investment in professional training. The analysis indicates the need for research involving interprofessionality.-
