Tutorial para Instrumentação Cirúrgica Oncológica baseada na metodologia 5S

Abstract

Trata-se de um estudo, com breve relato da história pregressa da profissão de instrumentação cirúrgica e fragmentação da mesma enquanto profissão referente aos aspectos legais. Observou-se a necessidade da qualificação e especialização deste profissional a fim de reforçar os laços da classe. Ainda neste estudo citamos as diferenças entre cirurgia convencional e oncológica, apresentando o instrumentador cirúrgico oncológico como elo atuando com medidas assépticas e preventivas no controle do câncer. O objetivo principal deste trabalho é compreender a organização do ato cirúrgico na perspectiva do instrumentador cirúrgico oncológico. Para isso criou-se um tutorial com a implantação da metodologia 5S como mecanismo educativo e sistematizador para operacionalizar o ato cirúrgico. Desde a escolha dos materiais, equipamentos e instrumentos até a organização da mesa cirúrgica, execução de práticas assépticas, ações preventivas no controle do câncer e o exercício da disciplina.

It is a study with a brief inform about the ancient history of the surgical instrumentation profession and the fragmentation oh the same as a profession referring to its legal aspects. We comprehend the need of qualification and specialization of the professional in order to reinforce the bonds of the class, We cited the differences between conventional surgery from the oncologic surgery, presenting the oncology surgical instrumentation professional as a bridge, acting with aseptic and preventive measures in the control of the cancer. The main objective of this presentation is to understand the organization of the surgery from the perspective of the oncology surgical instrumentation professional. From the selection of the materials, equipments and instruments, until the organization of the surgical table, execution of the aseptic practices, of the preventive measures in the cancer control and the exercise of the discipline. Thus, a tutorial with the implementation of the 5 s methodology as an educational and systematic mechanisms to operate the surgical act has been created.
